  1. If you want return an item purchased from our stores then you have to visit nearest store
  2. In case you are not satisfied with your product(s), or the product(s) is defective, within 14 days from the date you receive your order, you can request a "Return Request" to return the product(s) to SocksCollection.com.
  3. Please be noted that some items can’t be returned or exchanged, for Healthy matters. “Lingerie, Bras, Slips, swimming Wear, etc…” .
 

    How it Works for Orders Payed With Credit or "Mada" Cards

     
    1. Singe in to your account at SocksCollection and choose What to return from your order History and apply for a return request.
    2. After receiving your return request, we will send you shipping label through your email. All you have to do is printed out attached with the shipment and call the courier to pick your parcel up or drop it to nearest courier office.
    3. After receiving your return item, we will inspect it to make sure goods are in good condition and not used, along with original tag. If it’s not resalable after inspected, we reserve the right not to refund you. This process will take 3 works Day.
    4. We will only return the purchasing amount of the returned item without shipping fees. Returned Shipping fees are Free also. The amount will be returned to your Credit card or “Mada” Card within 7-14 Work days.
    5. For Exchanging we will only add purchasing amount of the item as balance in your account without any shipping fees. And Returned Shipping fees are Free also.
    6. We will Exchanged items after contacting you in order to confirm your address again.

    How it Works for Orders Payed Cash On Delivery

    • Same as points A to D
    1. We will only return the purchasing amount of the returned item without shipping fees or COD Fees. Returned Shipping fees are Free also. The amount will be returned as a balance in your account in 3 work days or will as money transfer to your Bank Account in this situation we will need the following information:
    • Name of Bank Account Owner.
    • Your International Bank Account Number “IBAN”.
  1. For Exchanging we will only add purchasing amount of the item as balance in your account without any shipping fees. And Returned Shipping fees are Free also.
  2. We will Exchanged items after contacting you in order to confirm your address again.
